Niall Carroll – Industry-Leading Golf Executive

With over two decades of experience in the golf and hospitality industry, Niall Carroll has held senior leadership roles at some of Europe’s most prestigious golf venues.

His career began at the renowned K Club, where he progressed to the role of Assistant Head Golf Steward. During his eight-year tenure, he played a key role in delivering eight European Opens, cementing his reputation for operational excellence.

In 2004, Niall was appointed Golf Operations Manager at the award-winning Heritage Golf & Spa Resort in Killenard, Co. Laois — a championship course designed by the legendary Seve Ballesteros. Over 11 years, he oversaw major events including the Irish Seniors Open and the Seve Trophy, helping establish the resort as one of Ireland’s premier golf destinations.

Following this, Niall served as General Manager at St Anne’s Golf Club in Dublin, a club with over 1,200 members. There, he led a series of capital development projects, including the construction of a modern golf academy, and delivered strong commercial growth by enhancing the club’s visitor experience and increasing green fee revenue.

In 2018, Niall brought his expertise to an international stage, taking on the role of General Manager at The Condor — an exclusive French golf estate based at an 18th-century château, catering to elite global clientele.

A dedicated and forward-thinking leader, Niall earned the prestigious Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2022, becoming the 69th CCM in Europe — a distinction reserved for top-tier professionals in the global club industry.

In his role at Grow Sport, Niall will lead the expansion of the company’s commercial portfolio, spearhead the development of new service offerings, and cultivate strategic partnerships with sports clubs throughout Ireland and Europe.
