Niall brings over 20 years of industry experience, having held senior management roles at some of Europe’s most prestigious golf venues. He began his career at the iconic K Club, where he advanced to Assistant Head Golf Steward and contributed to the delivery of eight European Opens during his eight-year tenure.
In 2004, he was appointed Golf Operations Manager at the acclaimed Heritage Golf & Spa Resort in Killenard, Co. Laois — a championship venue designed by the late Seve Ballesteros. Over 11 years, Niall oversaw key tournaments, including the Irish Seniors Open and Seve Trophy, playing a pivotal role in establishing the resort’s national reputation.
Niall went on to serve as General Manager at St Anne’s Golf Club in Dublin, where he successfully led a range of capital improvements, including the construction of a modern golf academy. His leadership at the 1,200-member club also drove increased green fee revenue and enhanced the overall member experience.
In 2018, Niall took his expertise abroad as General Manager of The Condor, a private French golf estate based at an 18th-century château, welcoming elite guests from around the world.
A committed professional, Niall achieved the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2022, becoming the 69th CCM in Europe, a distinction held by only a select group of industry leaders globally.
In his new role at Grow Sport, Niall will focus on expanding the company’s commercial reach, developing new service offerings, and strengthening relationships with sports clubs across Ireland and Europe.

Certified Club Manager (CCM)
The CCM designation has been the hallmark of professionalism in club management since 1965 and is the cornerstone of CMAE’s member recognition programme. It is a valuable and widely respected mark of a manager’s commitment to professional development and the club industry.
